Founded in 2011, Heper Metal Döküm San. ve Tic. A.Ş produces pure and alloyed lead ingots, cylindrical lead and hunting sports pellets at its İzmir Torbalı facility. In the production of hunting and sports pellets, the casting technique is used, which is accepted worldwide. For this reason, Heper Metal Döküm San. ve Tic. A.Ş. has built a 74 meter high iron foundry at its Torbalı facility.

 

Heper Metal's knowledge and experience is based on the industrialism discipline of the deceased Hasan Yavaş, who is the doyen of lead and pellet production in Turkey, which started in the 1940s.

 

Heper Metal, which never compromises its production quality, exports to more than 20 countries on 5 continents from its facility, which is developing every day.

 

Heper Metal Döküm San. ve Tic. A.Ş. is a member of AFEMS (Association of European Manufacturers of Sporting Ammunition), headquartered in Brussels, which gathers manufacturers, suppliers and distributors in the European sporting munition industries.

 

AFEMS works closely with many international organizations, especially the WFSA (The World Forum on the Future of Sport Shooting Activities), in order to protect the interests of the sector.
